Delivery and Postage

Royal Mail Recorded Delivery is the service we use and for your security the parcel must be signed for on delivery. If no-one is there to sign, a card is left, then you can either: ring to rearrange delivery (to home or an alternative address); collect from your Royal Mail Depot; or have your parcel delivered to a local Post Office for you to pick up (extra cost charge 50p)

Alternative delivery address - we will deliver to a nominated alternative address if that is easier for you. (except for your first purchase which can only be delivered to the registered cardholder's address.)

Delivery Charges:
2/3 working days - 2nd Class Recorded Delivery - £3.50 per pair
1/2 working days - 1st Class Recorded Delivery - £5.00 per pair Next working day - Special Delivery - £7.00 per pair (please note - Friday dispatch is not guaranteed for Saturday)

EU and European Orders – we accept orders from all EU countries, plus some European countries outside the EU (the complete country list is on the drop-down menu when you are entering your address details).
Please note that your first order must be sent to the address your Card is registered to – not to a different delivery address. Please select:
