Returns and Exchanges
Advice! We hate returns as much as you do, so we
try and help you to get it 'right first time by giving you advice where needed.
We can help you measure your feet for length and width, and give advice by
phone or email – see 'Fitting Advice' for lots of helpful information.
Compare – If you like the style but are unsure of the
fit and would like to try a different size to compare, we will send that second
pair free of post and packing charges.
Exchange – If you exchange a pair for another style
or size we will send the exchange pair free of post and packing charges.
Faulty items – we try hard to ensure that all our shoes
are perfect but inevitably the odd thing may escape our quality control!
If you think something is faulty please notify us by email or phone before
returning so that we can log the details. If we agree that they are faulty
we will refund all your postage costs.
Return – Just as we are responsible for getting your
order to you safely, you are responsible for their safe return. For your
security we suggest you use Recorded Delivery or a similar signed for service.
We don’t refund your return postage. Please use the Returns Label enclosed with your shoes.
Refunds – are processed straight away back onto the payment card.
Availability – is shown on our website. If that is wrong we
will tell you straight away. If a date is given for any item to be back in stock, that
date is based on the best knowledge we have and is an approximation. If you need something
for a particular date please let us know – we will make every effort to get them to you in time.
