Your Order and Payment

Order confirmation – after you place your order we will check to ensure the item is in stock and email you to confirm despatch, or the date we expect that item to be back in stock.

Your order will be dealt with as quickly as possible. We aim to despatch all in-stock orders by the end of the next working day. If your order is not in stock we will inform you of the expected delivery date.

Payment is not taken until your order is being packed. We accept all debit and credit cards except for American Express and Diners. We do accept cheques but despatch has to be delayed to ensure the cheque has cleared, so we prefer a debit card.
