How do I return my item?
We hope you are completely happy with your new After 8 Shoes purchase, however, if you aren't, there’s no need to worry. Returning your order is quick and easy. Just click this link http://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/2282 to print your Royal Mail freepost label. Simply stick the label to the front of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest post office. Your invoice number will be printed at the top of your invoice. When trying on your shoes please take great care not to mark them as we can only refund shoes if they are returned unworn and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
Until you return items to us you are responsible for their safe keeping and taking reasonable care of them. We do not accept liability for packages damaged during transit back to us. It is your responsibility to wrap items adequately to prevent damage.
Unfortunately we currently do not offer a returns service for orders shipped outside the UK.
Do I need to pay to return my item?
No, our returns are free of charge! Just send your item back to us using the Royal Mail freepost label. click the link http://www.royalmail.com/
What if I have received a faulty item?
We're really sorry to hear that you may have received a faulty item. If you believe that the item that you have purchased from us may be faulty, please post it back to us with your proof of purchase: Returns Department, After 8 Shoes, 1 Horsefair Mews Romsey So51 8JG. Please ensure that you include a covering letter outlining the fault, as well as all your contact details. Once received, our team will inspect your item/s to determine the nature of the fault and you will be contacted shortly after. Please allow up to 10 working days for us to inspect and process your returned item/s. Please note that if your item is over 6 months old, it is no longer covered by our Faulty Goods policy. This is in line with Trading Standards guidelines which stipulate that any fault in products that are over 6 months old (from date of purchase) is considered to be wear and tear rather than a fault with the item. Reasonable costs will be reimbursed, but only if a genuine item fault is identified. Imperfections caused by unsuitable item wear /use or intentional damage are exempt from the above.
